It is easy to operate and maintain, and is an ideal first-choice heating equipment that is safe, efficient and energy-saving. The high-temperature flame generated after the fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner enters the inner coil to form a radiation heating surface. It rotates forward 180° through the rear of the inner coil and enters the interlayer area of the inner, middle and outer tubes to form a convection heating surface. Then it forms a convection heating surface in the upper part of the interlayer. It enters the second interlayer area of the middle and outer coils, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the rear of the second interlayer area.Thermal oil furnace performance characteristics:1. The thermal oil furnace can obtain low-pressure and high-temperature heat medium, which is easy to adjust, provides uniform heat, and can meet precise process temperatures.
2. Liquid phase circulation heating, no condensation emission heat loss, high thermal efficiency of the heating system.
3. There are compensation technical measures in the system for the changes in volume caused by the heating and release of heat and temperature rise and fall of the working medium.
4. Technical measures are taken to strictly control the air, moisture and other low volatile matter content in the working medium before circulating heating.
Thermal oil furnace control system description:
This series of thermal oil furnaces is controlled by a more advanced program controller and can realize various functions necessary for normal combustion. It can automatically implement protective alarms and corresponding liquid levels in normal conditions, accident conditions and extraordinary circumstances. Controller, pressure controller, and temperature controller realize inlet and outlet pressure indication and inlet and outlet temperature indication to ensure that the temperature of the heat carrier fluctuates within the normal range and the pressure is within the allowable pressure fluctuation range. Remark:
Boiler can installed well before delivery . Called Skid-mounted Boiler. When arrive at customer site, only need to connect power, thermal oil and fuel is okay . But considering the container size, this kind boiler suitable for the small capacity boilers.
The other type is assembled boiler, this kind boiler need to insatll in customer site.This is suitable for big capacity . We can pack well, load to container.

Inspect every 2~3 weeks, mainly checking valves, pipe, flanges, if any leackage,repair it timely. While every quater, make a whole inspection and repair.
Q5:Terms of Payment
