Product introduction
DZH type biomass boiler is a horizontal three-way water and fire tube boiler.The fuel is thrown into the furnace by worker.After the fuel full combustion in the furnace, the high temperature flue gas through the two sides of the furnace arranged on both sides of the water pipe wall composed of airfoil shape smoke flue to the former smoke box, and then through the threaded pipe which inserted in the drum into the back smoke box. The smoke pumped into chimney flue,dust remover,chimney and discharged into the atmosphere finally through the induced draft fan. The boiler operation security and stability, simple operation, low failure rate,etc.

1.Maturity: Our company is one of the earliest manufacturers of coal-fired fast-packaged threaded tube boiler in China. For more than 30 years, the products have been upgraded and matured many times, and thousands of products have been produced.
2.Advancement:Adopts many advanced technologies, such as thread pipe, furnace enhanced combustion, etc .; control system with automatic adjustment of steam pressure, automatic control of water supply, steam high pressure protection, boiler water shortage protection, high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, Overload protection and power failure automatic protection and other functions.

4.Reliability: the only one boiler manufacturers,which carried out 200,000 times fatigue test on the shell boiler.

Remark:
Boiler can installed well before delivery . Called Skid-mounted Boiler. When arrive at customer site, only need to connect power, water and fuel is okay . But considering the container size, this kind boiler suitable for SMALL capacity .
The other type is assembled boiler, this kind boiler need to insatll in customer site.This is suitable for the BIG capacity. We can pack well, laod to container.

Q3:What is the using life of your boiler?
Normally the boiler is designed for 15 years life span, but with correct operationand well maintenance, the boiler operation life will be longer.
Q4: Boiler Maintenance Period
Inspect every 2~3 weeks, mainly checking valves, pipe, flanges, if any leackage,repair it timely. While every quater, make a whole inspection and repair.
Q5:Terms of Payment
TT 30% of total contract value as down payment;T/T or LC 70% of total contract value before delivery. lf you have special requirements, we can take a special approach.
